Forget New Jersey being called the Garden State, with a brand spankin’ new park on tap, it is now properly known as the Garden Skate. Hesh or fresh, skateboarders in New Jersey are set for the winter with a huge 1,200 square foot indoor park called GardenSk8 that just opened this weekend.

The festivities include a full street course, 11 1/2’ bowl that flows into a 7’ bowl (all pool coping), 2 mini ramps joined by a spine and a 12’ vert wall. A tribute to the skate lifestyle, the park will feature graffiti artists, emcees and bands as well as that enormous bowl with real pool coping and a huge selection of street obstacles to choose from. The park is located at 321 Changebridge Rd. in Pine Brook, NJ.

If you’re up in North Jersey, be sure to drop on in…
